What Set's My Holistic Chef Catering Apart....

The entire catering concept of My Holistic Chef is Farm to Table. The food menu is always designed and prepared by Alexis and her talented staff. All of the items used in the meals are locally sourced from farmers markets, and are sustainable, organic, and non GMO.

Animal products are also locally sourced (when possible) wild, grass fed and organic. WE NEVER USE Cheap Oils such as seeds oils.

Everything you will eat will be prepared in 316Ti stainless steel. Alexis takes great pride in the fact that her clients are truly eating the healthiest food on the planet- while being nourishing and most importantly delicious!

When people ask Alexis about her cooking style- She tells them she cooks like their grandma and great grandmother's would have - with love, care and ONLY the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Vegan and gluten free options are always available.

Yes, catering is typically priced out per person. However we do offer group rates. Email us at myholisticchef1@gmail.com to enquire further.

What's with the no seed oils?

Seed oils cause oxidative stress in the body and have been linked to a whole host of health issues. They often cause inflammation in the body and can flare up autoimmune issues.

Unfortunately most restaurants and caterers use them in their cooking because they are cheap and often flavorless.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

All of our ingredients are fully organic and sustainable. All meats are wild and grass fed.

We source from local farms, farmers markets as well as the grocery store (when certain ingredients are needed and not available elsewhere).
