Meet Chef Alexis
Hi! I’m Alexis, and I’m excited to welcome you to my world! I believe that our vitality, longevity, and overall happiness are directly connected to what we put in and on our bodies. As the saying goes, we are what we eat, which is why I’m so passionate about cooking healthy, delicious, and nourishing meals that embrace a farm-to-table approach.
Growing up in an Italian family and spending time in Italy, I learned that food is at the heart of every occasion. Cooking for someone is a way to show love, and that spirit influences my culinary philosophy. My goal is to teach you that creating healthy and tasty meals can be easy and satisfying!
My journey toward wellness began in 2007 when I struggled with serious digestion issues and felt unhappy with my weight. I tried many fad diets that only left me feeling lost and frustrated. Then I discovered the principles of sustainable eating and the benefits of a whole-foods approach. This shift changed my life completely—I lost weight, gained energy, improved my sleep, and felt better than ever!
Inspired by my transformation, I left my sales job to pursue my passion for cooking healthy meals, particularly for those facing serious health challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how nourishing, organic, and sustainably sourced foods can lead to incredible results. Many of my clients have experienced remarkable improvements in their health, often achieving their wellness goals through dietary changes alone.

I got certified through Hallelujah Acres and the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine (PCRM.org). During my training through PCRM she learned from some of the top Doctors in America on how nutrition and food has actually been proven to prevent and reverse many illnesses. I still apply these doctrines while cooking for clients and educating the public. I also attended and graduated from Matthew Kenney culinary school (MAKE), one of the top plant based culinary schools in the United States.

Today, I’m dedicated to cooking for families, cancer patients, and anyone eager to embrace true health. Through simple techniques and delicious recipes, I believe I can help elevate your health and that of your loved ones. I currently live in San Clemente with my two boys, Elijah and James, and I love practicing yoga, cooking, and savoring the wonderful gifts of life—especially food and the beach!
Thank you for visiting! I hope you’ll join me on this incredible journey toward preventative health.
God bless!
xoxo
